FAQ

The tournament ends on 10th Jan 2026.
 
• We will finish checks, announce the final winners, and start prize payments on 17th Jan 2026, that is exactly 7 days after the event.
• We call winners provisional until our anti-cheat checks and winner verification finish. On 17th Jan 2026, we will publish the final list and begin transfers. Transfers may take 1–7 business days to reach winners, depending on the payment method.

We will use safe and simple methods.
• For Indian players: UPI is the fastest, or NEFT/IMPS if you prefer bank transfer.
• For international players: PayPal will be the primary method.
If there is a special case, we may also support other methods like Payoneer. Please note that bank fees or currency conversion charges may apply depending on your country.

We take fair play very seriously. All games will be checked by Lichess’ anti-cheat system as well as our own review team. If someone is found cheating, they will be disqualified and their prize will be cancelled. That prize will then go to the next eligible player. Once the final winners are announced, those results will be considered final.

The last date to register is 6th Jan 2026, 11:59 PM IST. After this, the registration form will close automatically, and no more entries can be accepted.

Not at all. The tournament is open to all players of all levels. 
• You only need a valid Lichess account to participate.
• If you are under 18, you will also need to provide your parent or guardian’s contact details when registering.

Those who submit FIDE ID and USCF ID.
